سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «تَبِصِرَة»

تطبيق «تَبِصِرَة» (ويُسمّى «التطبيق») من تطوير Ali Al-Mahmoudi («المطوّر»). نحترم خصوصيتك، وتشرح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه التطبيق وما يحفظه وما يشاركه. للتواصل: tabsiraapp@gmail.com
ملخّص سريع
- لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب ولا تسجيل دخول.
- لا يحتوي على إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع سلوك المستخدم، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
- لا يستخدم التطبيق موقعك الجغرافي (GPS).
- معظم بياناتك (إعداداتك وتقدّمك ومحادثاتك) تُحفظ على جهازك فقط.
- الميزة الوحيدة التي ترسل بيانات عبر الإنترنت هي «المُمَهِّد» (المساعد الذكي)، وتفاصيلها أدناه.
أولاً: البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك فقط
يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك، وبدون إرسالها إلينا:
- اسمك الذي تكتبه اختيارياً داخل التطبيق.
- تقدّمك في القراءة والتحديات والإنجازات والتمييزات.
- إعدادات التطبيق (الإشعارات، والمحافظة المختارة لمواقيت الصلاة، والمظهر...).
- سجل محادثاتك مع «المُمَهِّد».
- الصور التي تختارها من هاتفك لإنشاء بطاقات المشاركة (تُعالَج على الجهاز).
لا يُنسخ أي من هذه البيانات إلى حسابك في Google أو غيره، وتُحذف جميعها عند حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات الهاتف. ويمكنك حذف محادثات «المُمَهِّد» من داخل التطبيق.
ثانياً: ميزة «المُمَهِّد» (المساعد الذكي)
عند إرسال سؤال إلى «المُمَهِّد»:
- يُرسل التطبيق نص سؤالك مع آخر رسائل المحادثة الحديثة، ونتائج بحث داخلي من فهرس التطبيق، عبر الإنترنت (بتشفير HTTPS) إلى خادم وسيط يديره المطوّر على منصة Cloudflare.
- يُمرّر الخادم الرسائل إلى خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي Claude التابعة لشركة Anthropic لتوليد الرد، ثم يعيد الرد إلى التطبيق.
- لا يُرسل التطبيق اسمك، ولا معرّف جهازك، ولا موقعك مع الأسئلة.
- لا يحفظ خادمنا نصوص محادثاتك. وللحدّ من إساءة الاستخدام يحسب الخادم عدد الطلبات اليومية من كل عنوان إنترنت (IP) عبر بصمة مجزّأة (Hash) من العنوان لا نخزّن العنوان نفسه، وتُمسح هذه البصمات يومياً.
- تستقبل Cloudflare عنوان الـIP الخاص باتصالك بصفتها مزوّد البنية التحتية للخادم، وتعالج Anthropic محتوى الرسائل وفق سياساتها وشروطها المعلنة. نرجو الاطلاع عليها: سياسة خصوصية Anthropic وسياسة خصوصية Cloudflare.
- نوصيك بعدم كتابة معلومات شخصية حساسة (كأرقام الهوية أو البطاقات أو كلمات المرور) في المحادثة.
- تنبيه: المُمَهِّد مساعد ذكي للتعلّم والإرشاد وقد يخطئ، وليس مرجعاً شرعياً ولا مصدراً للفتوى. يُرجى الرجوع إلى المصادر المعتمدة ومرجع التقليد.
ثالثاً: الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق ولماذا
- الإشعارات: لتذكيرات مواقيت الصلاة والحِكَم والبصائر.
- المنبّهات والتذكيرات الدقيقة: لتشغيل الأذان وتنبيهات الصلاة في وقتها بدقة.
- التشغيل عند إقلاع الجهاز: لإعادة جدولة الإشعارات والأذان بعد إعادة تشغيل الهاتف.
- خدمة التشغيل الأمامية لتشغيل الصوت: لتشغيل صوت الأذان كاملاً عند دخول الوقت.
- منع السكون والاهتزاز: لإيقاظ الجهاز وإظهار التنبيه في وقته.
- الإنترنت: لميزة «المُمَهِّد» فقط.
- الميكروفون (اختياري): للبحث بالصوت وكتابة الأسئلة بالإملاء. يتولى التعرف على الكلام خدمةُ التعرف على الكلام في هاتفك (وقد تكون من Google أو من الشركة المصنّعة، وتعالج الصوت وفق إعدادات جهازك وسياساتها). لا يسجّل التطبيق الصوت ولا يحفظه ولا يرسله إلى خوادمنا، ويستلم النص الناتج فقط.
ملاحظة: تحسين البطارية ليس إذناً بل إعداد تختاره بنفسك من الهاتف، ونقترحه فقط لضمان وصول الإشعارات والأذان في وقتها.
رابعاً: الصور والمشاركة
- عند اختيارك صورة من هاتفك تُعالَج محلياً على الجهاز.
- عند حفظ بطاقة مشاركة في معرض الصور أو مشاركتها عبر تطبيق آخر، يتم ذلك بطلبك ولا ننسخ شيئاً منها.
خامساً: الروابط الخارجية
قد يتضمن التطبيق روابط إلى مواقع أو حسابات خارجية. عند فتحها تنتقل إلى مواقع خارجية لها سياسات خصوصية مستقلة لا نتحكم فيها.
سادساً: خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لعموم المستخدمين من عمر 13 سنة فما فوق. ميزة «المُمَهِّد» غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ونوصي بإشراف ولي الأمر. ولا نجمع عمداً بيانات شخصية من الأطفال.
سابعاً: أمان البيانات
نستخدم اتصالاً مشفراً (HTTPS) لنقل الرسائل إلى الخادم، ونحفظ بياناتك المحلية ضمن التخزين المعزول للتطبيق على جهازك. لا يوجد نظام تخزين أو نقل آمن بنسبة 100%، ولذلك لا يمكننا ضمان أمان مطلق.
ثامناً: حقوقك وحذف البيانات
بما أن التطبيق لا يعتمد حسابات ولا يخزّن بياناتك الشخصية على خوادمنا، فأنت تتحكم ببياناتك بنفسك: احذف المحادثات من داخل التطبيق، أو امسح بيانات التطبيق، أو احذفه من هاتفك. وإن كان لديك استفسار أو طلب بخصوص بياناتك فراسلنا على البريد أدناه.
تاسعاً: حقوق الملكية

“Tabsirah” (the “App”) is developed by Ali Al-Mahmoudi (the “Developer”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the App collects, stores, and shares. Contact: tabsiraapp@gmail.com
Quick summary
- The App does not require an account or sign-in.
- It contains no ads, no analytics or user-tracking tools, and we do not sell your data.
- The App does not use your geographic location (GPS).
- Most of your data (settings, progress, conversations) is stored on your device only.
- The only feature that sends data over the internet is “Al-Mumahhid” (the AI assistant), described below.
1. Data stored on your device only
The App stores the following on your device and does not send it to us:
- Your name, if you choose to enter one in the App.
- Your reading progress, challenges, achievements, and highlights.
- App settings (notifications, the governorate chosen for prayer times, appearance, etc.).
- Your conversation history with “Al-Mumahhid”.
- Photos you pick from your phone to create share cards (processed on the device).
None of this data is backed up to your Google or any other account. All of it is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data from your phone settings. You can delete Al-Mumahhid conversations from within the App.
2. The “Al-Mumahhid” feature (AI assistant)
When you send a question to Al-Mumahhid:
- The App sends the text of your question, together with the most recent messages of the conversation and internal search results from the App’s index, over the internet (HTTPS-encrypted) to an intermediary server operated by the Developer on Cloudflare.
- The server forwards the messages to the Claude AI service provided by Anthropic to generate a reply, and returns the reply to the App.
- The App does not send your name, device identifier, or location with the questions.
- Our server does not store the text of your conversations. To limit abuse, the server counts daily requests per internet address (IP) using a hashed fingerprint of the address; we do not store the address itself, and these fingerprints are erased daily.
- Cloudflare receives the IP address of your connection as the server’s infrastructure provider, and Anthropic processes the message content under its published policies and terms. Please review them: Anthropic Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- We recommend that you do not type sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers, card numbers, or passwords) into the chat.
- Notice: Al-Mumahhid is an AI assistant for learning and guidance. It may make mistakes, and it is not a religious authority or a source of religious rulings (fatwa). Please refer to authoritative sources and your marja‘.
3. Permissions the App requests and why
- Notifications: for prayer-time reminders, wisdom quotes, and insights.
- Alarms & reminders (exact alarms): to play the adhan and prayer alerts precisely on time.
- Run at device startup: to reschedule notifications and the adhan after the phone restarts.
- Foreground service for audio playback: to play the full adhan audio when prayer time begins.
- Wake lock and vibration: to wake the device and show the alert on time.
- Internet: for the Al-Mumahhid feature only.
- Microphone (optional): for voice search and dictating questions. Speech recognition is performed by your phone’s speech-recognition service (which may be provided by Google or the device manufacturer and may process audio according to your device settings and their policies). The App does not record, save, or send audio to our servers; it only receives the resulting text.
Note: Battery optimization is not a permission but a setting you choose yourself on your phone; we only suggest it to help notifications and the adhan arrive on time.
4. Photos and sharing
- When you pick a photo from your phone, it is processed locally on the device.
- When you save a share card to your gallery or share it through another app, this happens at your request and we do not copy anything.
5. External links
The App may include links to external websites or accounts. When you open them you move to external sites with their own independent privacy policies that we do not control.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for general users aged 13 and over. The Al-Mumahhid feature is not intended for children under 13, and we recommend parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Data security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to transmit messages to the server, and we keep your local data within the App’s sandboxed storage on your device. No storage or transmission system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and data deletion
Because the App does not use accounts and does not store your personal data on our servers, you control your data yourself: delete conversations inside the App, clear the App’s data, or uninstall it from your phone. If you have a question or request about your data, email us at the address below.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App’s features change, and we will show the last-updated date at the top. By continuing to use the App after an update, you accept the updated policy.
